My Review: NO SPOILERS
So good!
Even though I read the synopsis beforehand, I honestly did not expect this book to capture my attention so fully! The writing was well done, and I tore through the pages once I got close to the halfway point. got
The POV shifts between Ariah and Iann were so enjoyable. I found the character depth useful for expressing both storylines. I enjoyed Ariah as a strong-willed FMC who seemed more than capable of making her own decisions. I also loved Iann as an explorer, being enamored for the first time despite his extensive travels. They felt like a good match!
Also, the tension in the later chapters! I felt like I was holding my breath, waiting for something to go horribly wrong. That last chapter was definitely unexpected, but it makes me very curious to see what the next installment brings. Well done!
