My Review: NO SPOILERS
It's such a good read!
The pacing of this book was perfect from front to back, I loved the chemistry between Una and Goll from the prologue. I was invested in their story and the plot. I haven’t read a fantasy romance like this in a while. The mix of plot and romance was so in sync, and I can’t wait to read more (hopefully) in the future.
Also, can we mention how gorgeous the cover art is?! It caught my attention so quickly❤️❤️

My Favorite Quote(s):
And his eyes. Goddess save me.
“Hear me now,” stated Goll in a low, lethal voice. “Let it be known now.” His voice rumbled with a quiet fury. “Mizrah Una is to be respected. As the rightful vessel of my heir, she is sacred. Untouchable. Mine. Speak ill of her, you will regret it. Touch her, and you will die.”
“I flew, Goll.” “I know, my sweet.”
“Though my heart has been blackened by all the blood I’ve spilled and all the dark thoughts I’ve kept and nourished over the many years, when you look at me like this, I believe there may be some good left in me yet.”
